The company is represented by four commercial and private projects, including the office building on the Socoleni street, that became in 2011 the headquarter of the-Lagmar Impex Company. The main building reflects the company's dignity format within its original architecture and design, impressive in colors and unique style.

In the near time will be placed into service two projects: an 8-storey residential block on the  Vasile Lupu street and the commercial center on the Mircea cel Batrin, Ciocana.

However, for 2012 the company plans to realize a new project of 16-storey apartment in the Rishcani sector of the capital, also in May will be started the construction of the 9-storey apartment building right in downtown, that is going to provide also a modern underground parking.
