In 2011, Lagmar starts two projects simultaneously, one of which is the apartment building on 33/3, Vasile Lupu str., in Buiucani sector.
The building was handed over on November 29, 2012. This building is located in a quiet and green area of the city, near the Valea Morilor lake and has related area, parking lot, children’s play area and food shop at a distance of only 20 m.
